Terms & Agreements *

Families in Focus Photography has permission to use any and all photos for marketing purposes including social media, websites, and anything else deemed appropriate. In addition, Families in Focus Photography owns all digital property rights, and is not to be copyrighted or altered in any way.

Deposit & Payment Agreement *

I understand in order to secure my wedding date, I must send a $500 deposit. Deposits are 80% refundable if cancelled more than 60 days prior to event. Deposits are non- refundable if cancelled within 60 days of the event.

I understand my deposit will be deducted from my remaining balance.

I understand my remaining balance must be paid at least one week prior to the event.

Risks acknowledgement *

In the event your photos are damaged in processing, lost through camera or memory card malfunction, or otherwise damaged, and another session can't be duplicated, a refund, will be worked out between Families in Focus Photography and Client. The refund will include cost of time editing, and edited photos but will exclude the cost of original labor and travel cost on behalf of Families in Focus Photography.
