You agree to grant Families In Focus Photography permission to use your final edits for any marketing purposes including social media, websites, and any other forms FIF deems appropriate.

Families In Focus Photography owns all digital property rights, and is not to be copyrighted or altered in any way.

Deposit & Payment Agreement *

I understand in order to finalize my booking, I must send a deposit (listed below). Failure to do so will result in a canceled session. I understand my deposit is non-refundable. I understand my deposit will be deducted from the remaining session balance and agree to pay the remaining balance at the time of the photoshoot (with exclusion of packages- see package details for payment timeline required).

$20 Deposit for all non-package sessions

$200 Deposit required for all Pregnancy Packages

Risks acknowledgement *

In the event your photos are damaged in processing, lost through camera or memory card malfunction, or otherwise damaged, and another session can't be duplicated, a refund, will be worked out between Families in Focus Photography and Client. The refund will include cost of time editing, and edited photos but will exclude the cost of original labor and travel cost on behalf of Families in Focus Photography.
