Hi! It's so nice to meet you. My name is Hailee, and I am the owner and creator of Families in Focus Photography. I am the face behind the lens capturing your most precious memories.
There is something so beautiful about being able to pause a moment in time. The raw, real, emotions, and relationships I'm able to capture from my subjects, through my lens, and to my viewfinder, has allowed me to FOCUS on what is really important, FAMILIES!
This value of family, is the foundation, pillar, meaning, and sole focus behind our company name, 'Families in Focus Photography'. I am so happy YOU are here!
I am guessing you are here because you are looking for more meaning, connection, and trust when it comes to choosing and trusting a photographer to capture it all... Allow me to give you a little glimpse into who I am.
I was born in raised in the suburbs of Chicago where you could have found me in a volleyball gym pretty much 24/7. I graduated from Loras College in Dubuque, IA with my BA in Psychology, Business, and PR. I then completed my Masters of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI. There I was introduced to my husband Jonathan (an MN Native & Active Duty TSgt in the Air Force). We got engaged in 2020, married in May 2021, and welcomed our son in June 2023. Military orders came for Jonathan resulting in us waving adios to the desert, and moving to Ohio.
By supporting a small business like myself, you are allowing me to live out my dream. Embracing our stories, uplifting, healing, growing in connection, and celebrating life. It is such a blessing and privilege it is to be a small piece of your journey. Being able to provide a way to cherish this moment in time is an honor I wear, and will continue to wear proudly.
